This is the first of a projected series of books which will expand on The Border Bagpipe Book (1993) taking into account what Matt has been able to learn from the William Dixon manuscript (1733, published as The Master Piper in 1995 and reprinted in 2002), and from other relevant sources. The book includes both a wide range of fine tunes and also a commentary.
